As one of the global market leaders, the company develops and installs stage technology systems for opera houses, theatres, music halls, multi purpose halls, and cruise ships. The main focus at the Luxembourg location in Rodange is developing the safety related control system for the stage machinery "Computer Aided Theatre" (CAT), which uses state of the art technology to control the upper stage and lower stage machinery in more than 200 venues worldwide. TASK DESCRIPTION Be part of our success story as a Service Engineer for our technical hotline and join our worldwide operating team.After an intense in house training as well as on site training, You will be in charge of our customer support, e.g. by telephone and e mail, as well as monitoring remote maintenance or on site maintenance of the venue facilities: Support our customers by identifying technical incidents of our CAT stage control systems controlling entertainment power flying systems and stage machinery, including lifts, turntables, stage wagons and other machinery. In addition to diagnosing and analysing specific faults and their elimination (possibly on site), you propose improvement measures and execute them. This also includes training/instruction in handling our CATsystem at the customer''s site. Your specialist colleagues will support you during service calls. The creation of protocols and documentation as well as service invoices in SAP will complete your responsibilities as a Service Engineer. OUR REQUIREMENTS You can read and understand electrical circuit diagrams. Detecting and solving problems in an electrical circuit is nothing special for you. You have at least basic I.T. skills, like using the Microsoft Office tools. You have a target orientated working method and cost awareness. You have strong communication skills and team spirit. Hands on mentality. Willingness for international travelling is mandatory. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Good knowledge of German and French, written and spoken. Possibility to work late in the evening or on weekends.
