Bosch Sensortec GmbH is looking forward to your application Job Description You will have the opportunity to work on challenging ASIC development projects for MEMS consumer electronics Within your scope you will be responsible for Block level analog design and verification for sophisticated mixed signal ICs You implement most challenging blocks of MEMS sensor signal and driver ICs but also drive design requirements, block level specifications and circuit documentation further To improve block and chip performance you conduct lab evaluation and asses results Qualifications Personality: High level of enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams; reliable and analytical Working Style: Enthusiastic creative team player with quality oriented, independent working style; Experience and Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IC analog design is required; You have significant experience with state-of-the-art EDA software tools for simulation, verification and design flow; You are deep into the field of area and power optimization and modeling of analog blocks; Preferably you posses experience in CMOS processing, layout and full custom digital design Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills Education: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification Additional Information We offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
