Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to lead post-sales service operations for both C&I and residential energy storage products. This role ensures best-in-class customer support, oversees technical service teams, and drives service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalation.
* Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for C&I and residential energy storage products.
* Conduct diagnostics and repair system faults efficiently.
* Support installers and customers with technical inquiries and service requests.
* Maintain detailed service records and reports.
* Participate in training sessions to ensure technical expertise in product solutions.
* Collaborate with R&D and product teams to improve product reliability.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or field engineering.
* Hands-on experience with battery storage, solar, or power electronics.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software & CRM tools.
* Fluent in German and English.
