What you'll do Drawing on your experience, you will successfully coordinate commissioning and plant optimisation as the primary contact person on site, ensuring the successful implementation of our plans Capitalising on your technical training and commitment to sustainability, you will contribute to the development of our teams and production processes Engaging in the continuous development of gypsum manufacturing processes, you will particularly focus on gypsum wallboard and gypsum fibreboard Documenting the knowledge gained, you will comprehensively adhere to the state of our technology in line with the provided guidelines Collaborating closely with regional production support and local managers, you will provide technical support to our plants worldwide, optimising and stabilising our gypsum production processes Who you are You have completed technical training in process engineering with further training as a technician or master craftsman, a degree in process engineering, or a comparable qualification First experiences in the technical support of production plants, strong intercultural skills, an interest in interacting with new cultures and working in teams complete your profile Knowledge of the Aspen or MATLAB program for process analysis and modelling, basic knowledge of gypsum calcination, mixing and/or pumping technology, conveying technology and thermal process engineering are an advantage Analytical thinking and the ability to optimize processes by using Lean Six Sigma tools with a Greenbelt or Blackbelt education - in best case with SPC knowledge Your profile is rounded off by your ability to work in a team, your willingness to travel globally (up to 50% of working time) and your very good English communication skills (German language desirable) What we offer you We all shape our lives individually.
