Job Description In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in the cleanroom as well as with the various interface contacts from Buying/Planning and R&D. Technical support for the introduction of new products in the assigned area (New Product Introduction Process). In this context, you will ensure the construction of prototypes together with R&D and other departments involved. Testing & validation of components, production equipment, processes and technical changes Maintenance and participation in the design of production equipment and devices Monitoring and maintaining production data to identify, analyze and resolve technical problems using statistical methods Analyzing and eliminating quality problems Creating/adapting technical documentation in German & English Collaboration in technical engineering projects to optimize existing processes/methods or to optimize existing technical solutions Qualification Very good university or university of applied sciences degree in physics, laser technology or physical engineering or several years of professional experience in laser construction, analysis, assembly production, engineering as a technical expert Very good optical/laser knowledge required Very good knowledge of optical, mechanical and electronic measurement technology required Good knowledge of mechanics and design Very good knowledge of German & English Ability to work in a team, quality awareness, analytical thinking, customer orientation and independent solution-oriented work is required.
