Responsibilities:
* You independently coordinate and control series issues across our locations and ensure continuous optimization of delivery quality.
* You will further develop existing methods or develop new methods to continuously improve our processes and quality standards.
* You work in an international environment and have interfaces in several departments and manage overarching projects there.
* You manage management committees and central reporting to ensure transparency and high quality standards.
* As an interface to partner areas, especially with field complaints, you proactively respond to customer feedback and initiate improvement processes.
* You monitor quality metrics and develop continuous improvement measures.
* You are part of an open feedback culture that promotes the exchange of ideas and continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
You should bring this with you:
* You have completed a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification.
* You have professional experience in a relevant area, ideally related to quality assurance.
* You have strong communication skills and can act as a link between different units.
* You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with systems such as CAT, SFMd, etc.
* You speak German and English full professional.
* You are ready for occasional business trips.
