Ihre Aufgaben:
* Design and tune audio systems for various automotive projects, platforms, and tools
* Prepare technical requirements and create report presentations
* Support departmental initiatives as directed by management
* Provide technical support and guidance for customer and interdepartmental initiatives
* Develop and document tools and best practices in an international setting
* Plan and manage customer projects, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
* Pick up and deliver cars between customers and the car lab
* Prepare for internal and external audits within the work domain and location
* Organize local pool car and equipment maintenance
* Support or execute mechanical tasks, such as disassembling and mounting hardware components
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Acoustics required; Master's preferred. Alternatively, a Tonmeister degree
* Thorough knowledge of acoustics with practical experience
* Over 3 years of design experience in audio systems/components within the automotive or consumer industry
* Over 5 years of experience in an audio-related field (studio, mixing, recording, etc.)
* Experience in at least 4 of the following: acoustical engineering, transducer engineering, DSP, amplifier engineering, physical/psycho-acoustics, recording arts
* Playing multiple instruments is strongly preferred
* Excellent hearing capability
* Knowledge of best practices in product development and sound tuning
* Experience in algorithm development and programming (e.g., Matlab, C, C++) preferred
* Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 50% of the time); driver's license required
