Your challenges?
* You will coordinate weekly and monthly reporting
* You will assist the group customer quality director in the realisation of objectives, especially customer response performance
* You will provide data analysis and reports for the group customer quality director
* You will coordinate and support transversal tasks (reporting standardisation, new procedure creation, training plans, customer knowledge)
* You will improve efficiency of activity by analysing lean reporting methods
* You will participate in reviews with customer quality network
* You will be the contact point for the customer quality network in regards to group requests, communications, surveys
* You will be the interface between Valeo quality head office (Paris) and customer quality network for web based activities
Let’s talk about you…
* You are graduated from a master degree in engineering
* You already have experience in quality
* You have a fluent level of English
* You ideally have programming skills (Python, VBA, Google script)
* You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
* You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
