WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Connection Planner Coordinator for Region Central Europe, you play a key role in executing and implementing strategic plans that connect the H&M brand with its target audiences across the entire customer journey. You create holistic communication strategies that maximize the impact of all paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience – both online and in-store.
You will:
* Implement detailed communication and activation plans based on audience insights, customer behavior, and regional strategies.
* Align strategies with global brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
* Coordinate and execute the “One Plan” activities for the region and its markets, working closely with Brand, Media, PR, Content Operations, and Omni Sales teams.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize channel selection and planning across all relationship phases of the customer journey.
* Align with the global Connection Planning team to provide feedback and secure strategic consistency.
* Monitor and evaluate marketing performance through defined KPIs and regularly report on results to the Omni Sales Team and CA&M Management.
* Translate consumer insights, market trends, and data into actionable strategies that build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Customer Activation & Marketing team for Region Central Europe, driving impactful communication strategies that connect with consumers across all stages of the customer journey. Working closely with colleagues from Brand, Media, PR, Content, Omni Sales, Retail, and E-Com, your role is central to executing a holistic and customer-first experience. You also collaborate closely with the global Connection Planning team.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
* A university degree in Media, Marketing, Brand, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, media or communications planning roles.
* Strong knowledge of customer journey planning and media strategy, including paid, owned and earned channels.
* Experience in e-commerce and omni-channel marketing is highly beneficial.
* Fluency in English
* Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
