Your most important tasks will include Check-in and check-out of our international guests. You are the contact person for our guests and advise them on all matters and concerns. Together with your team, you contribute to achieving the department's goals through upsells and enrollments. You always keep a cool head & support complaint management. Support in the training and further education of employees and trainees at the front office. Be able. Completed training in the hotel industry or relevant professional experience at the front office.
