Your Tasks
Our research projects are in a diverse field of activities embedded in a network of clinical centers all over Germany and are focused on improving patients care through
14. Digitalization to make data and research more accessible.
15. Deep Learning to extract Information from various sources in order to understand diseases and improve patient care
16. 3D Printing to develop new technologies like endoscopic tools
Your part in the team will be to improve our current IT-Infrastructure in order to meet requirements for upcoming projects:
17. Extending our current endoscopy database framework (Python, Django, PostgreSQL)
18. Work on frontend Webservices including annotation solutions and regular websites (Django, streamlit, prodigy)
19. Network administration (OpenVPN, basic network administration)
20. Develop AI-Applications (PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, sklearn, SpaCy)
21. Help to connect clinical routine documentation and our research infrastructure (SAP, PostgreSQL, Nextcloud, NixOS)
22. Scientific work including planning, execution and evaluation of clinical studies with a digital focus
23. Analysis and publication of existing data from multicenter studies using machine learning
Your Profile
24. Academic degree in the fields of computer science OR engineering
25. Interest in scientific research with medical focus
26. Practical experience developing applications for data analysis, machine learning, MLOps / DevOps
27. Previous knowledge in database administration, especially involving SAP systems is highly preferential
28. Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (C1)
29. Interest in improving patient care through scientific work
30. High level of motivation, initiative and team orientation
