Your tasks
* Carrying out the entire recruiting process from job advertisement to selection and contract drafting.
* Supporting and advising employees on all personnel-related issues.
* Responsibility for personnel administration, including maintaining personnel files and managing employment contracts.
* Participation in the further development and implementation of HR processes and guidelines.
* Support in the implementation of personnel development measures and training.
* Regular reports to the management and close coordination with the management and the specialist departments to ensure effective HR work.
Your profile
* Completed studies in the field of HR management, business administration or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar position.
* Sound knowledge of labor law and use of common HR software.
* Confident handling of MS Office.
* Strong communication skills as well as a service-oriented and independent way of working.
* Ability to work in a team, empathy and assertiveness.
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
