How to contribute to our vision
For our Nacelles Manufacturing Support department within SGRE, we are looking for a Process Engineer with focus on Technical Support and Technology Transfer coordination. Our department is supporting both the Onshore and Offshore platforms during serial production and technology transfers, making it important to be structured, conscious about quality and have a technical understanding to work within different environments and with different mindsets.
Amongst many things, the main responsibility of the department is, to support all the production lines in factories, setup, and lead task forces, to lead the 8Ds within manufacturing areas, to coordinate the technology transfer projects of various products between sending and receiving plants, make sure smooth startup of the receiving factories as well as organizing the training of all the key participants in the production.
In close collaboration with various stakeholders from the Nacelles Corporate Operations manufacturing facilities, you will be coordinating and implementing technology transfer project for Onshore and Offshore projects.
1. Lead and coordinate either a whole task force or workstreams within the task force
2. Lead, coordinate and implement process improvements within SGRE factories
3. Lead and coordinate Technology Transfer projects for serial product platforms (either complete product or partial components)
4. Lead and coordinate all the technical aspects sending and receiving factories and make sure a smooth production startup is achieved following SGRE procedures
5. Point of Contact to the PMO and global process engineering department for technical aspects
6. Identification of process deviations and continuous improvements opportunities
7. Support best practices for Technology Transfer
8. Support nacelles process area worldwide with expertise in industrial manufacturing processes, during the serial production to make sure the technical solutions to be deployed
9. Supporting tasks within Engineering Change Management and implementation of those changes in the production environments
What you need, to make a difference

10. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with more than 3 years of relevant experience within production or wind industry
11. Leadership or project management skills with experience in it
12. Very good communication and presentation skills in English. German proficiency will be a plus.
13. Creativity and the ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions.
14. High team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective stakeholder management skills
15. Ability to thrive and navigate easily in a dynamic and complex environment.
16. Very good process management skills, Lean and Six Sigma qualifications preferred.
17. Proven experience in proactive and self-driven approach to the tasks and ownership
18. Up to 30% of travel availability
