We are looking for a motivated Global Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) to ensure the safe and cost-effective operation of production facilities worldwide. In this role, you will drive key reliability programs, analyze performance data, and support regional teams in implementing maintenance and asset integrity strategies. Become part of a dynamic, international team and contribute to the long-term reliability and efficiency of industrial operations.
Responsibilities Develop and track KPIs to improve global reliability performance. Analyze data to recommend cost-effective reliability improvements. Lead or participate in onsite reliability assessments.
Support regional teams in implementing equipment reliability programs. Assist in developing and enforcing Asset Integrity Management (AIM) standards. Collaborate across departments to address long-term asset reliability concerns.
Own and support programs such as RAM, RCA, FMEA, PM reviews, and spare parts analysis. Your Profile Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. 5+ years in projects, reliability, or operations in an industrial setting.
Strong expertise in maintenance and reliability of mechanical equipment. Familiarity with maintenance strategies (e.g., Predictive/Preventive Maintenance, RBI, CMMS). Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
