Our client, an innovative and fast-growing company in the diagnostics sector is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. As the new Customer Service Manager you will be leading a team of 5 people and will be experienced with managing processes, good customer service/people skills and has a background in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage daily operations for the customer service department
2. Provide excellent support to customers through various channels (phone calls, visits, emails etc.)
3. Develop relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams such as sales & marketing along with external clients
Qualifications/Requirements
4. Over 3 years experience working in Customer Service within healthcare
5. Achieved a bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration or related field
6. Fluent in German and English
Skills Required:
* Previous leadership experience within Customer Service at a similar company
* Proficiency with SAP and using Microsoft Office Suite programs specifically Excel spreadsheets.
