About the Role As a Prototyping Engineer in the N3XT Department, you will lead the charge in creating Quantum-Systems' next generation of products. Your mission will be to rapidly design, prototype, and iterate groundbreaking concepts. From idea to customer testing, you will play a pivotal role in pushing boundaries and delivering high-impact solutions. Working from Munich, you’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and testing experts, embodying an agile and hands-on approach to innovation. Drive the development of one new concept or prototype per month, including testing, refining, and iterating rapidly. Create and break prototypes to ensure robustness and functionality. Design and develop structural components, manufacturing tools, and electronics. Construct and test prototypes, supporting small-series production. Integrate subsystems and payloads into platforms. Test prototypes with customers and evaluate real-world performance. Collaborate with local and global partner teams to ensure seamless coordination. Play an active role in shaping the engineering process chain for next-generation products. What You Bring to the Team Deep practical expertise in one of the above mentioned topics Extensive hands-on experience in modeling and rapid prototyping Passion for UAS, robotics, and cutting-edge aerial technology Advanced skills in CAD software (CATIA V5 preferred).
