* You will develop innovative processes to create thin-film tandem solar cells, e.g. perovskite/CIGS.
* Among other things, you will develop dry deposition processes.
* As the process owner on the pilot line, you intervene when problems arise and implement continuous improvements.
* You maintain and calibrate systems or measuring devices in the pilot line.
* You take over the project management for internal or funded projects.
* Last but not least, you will summarize the research progress and present it to international stakeholders.
Requirements
* You have successfully completed your university degree in physics, materials science or similar.
* Ideally, you have several years of professional experience or successfully written a thesis in the field of dry deposition processes for tandem solar cells with a focus on perovskite.
* You also have knowledge of the physical basics of semiconductor components and the process and system technology of coating tools.
* You are ready for occasional national and international travel.
* You are a native Chinese speaker and good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
