With more than 370 dialysis centers serving 28,000 patients, our focus is on developing a medical software "Nexadia" that makes the day-to-day life of medical staff easier. Our vision is to completely redevelop the previously self-hosted systems for the cloud. This project will be developed using agile (SAFe) methodologies and complex technologies, including MS Azure, IoT Hub, Edge components, Docker, and more. Due to the complex interplay of our hardware systems, which include dialysis machines and scales, our team will regularly work on-site in Melsungen. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious project that will positively influence not just dialysis treatment, but also the entire digitalization strategy of B. Braun. Your commitment will contribute to creating a software solution that improves the workflow of nursing staff and enables them to focus on patient care. Duties and responsibilities Lead the process and methodology of the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and drive agile transformation Coach leaders, teams, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets Act as a driver for the implementation and further development of SAFe, collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other teams to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality products Coordinate closely with Solution Management for prioritization and goal setting Take primary responsibility for organizing and moderating agile events and ensuring the efficiency of the ARTs Prepare, follow up, and moderate ART events. Assist in risk management and ensure the removal of cross-team impediments. Promote communication within the Agile Release Train and at its interfaces, support team self-organization, and foster a collaborative work atmosphere Develop metrics to measure the performance of the Agile Release Train and create transparency (Planning Interval (PI) metrics, quality metrics, lead time metrics, customer satisfaction metrics, team metrics, and process metrics) Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Release Train Maintain an active network with other colleagues in cross-functional agile roles Professional competencies Completed degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in an IT or medtech-related field Significant professional experience as a Release Train Engineer (SAFe), Scrum Master, or Project Manager, ideally with relevant certifications in the agile environment Distinct leadership qualities with a cooperative leadership style for agile teams (Servant Leader) Expert knowledge in the use and configuration of Atlassian tools in a scaled agile environment Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to respond flexibly to changes Fluent in English, both written and spoken Personal competencies Strong coaching and leadership skills to guide teams to excellent performance Good teamspirit and working self-responsible Willingness to travel What we offer Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
