Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: You will lead and execute development projects for wet-laid nonwovens in the filtration and energy segments. You will work closely with customers to develop and enhance products based on wet-laid nonwoven technology and advanced finishing techniques. You will select and qualify new raw materials for innovative applications. You will produce and evaluate lab prototypes and create new formulations. You will scale up prototypes to industrial manufacturing processes and oversee products throughout their lifecycle. Qualifications: You hold a PhD, Master’s degree, or are an experienced technician in chemistry, process engineering, materials science, or a related field. You have initial experience in product development and bring knowledge in nonwovens, paper, textiles, or similar fields. You are willing to work independently on laboratory tasks. You demonstrate high personal initiative, a structured and goal-oriented work style, and strong social and teamwork skills. You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English.
