What you'll do: - Independently perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on our standard and customized systems, including chromatography, protein & cell therapy systems as well as filter integrity testers, after receiving appropriate training - Proactively plan and execute customer visits as part of service contracts, projects, and maintenance blocks, establishing long-term and trusted customer relationships, with timely document customer visits and services - Support sales account managers and sales specialists, actively assisting with service product sales and collaborate with internal partners to generate new equipment leads and support growth initiatives Who you are: - You have successfully completed electrical engineering education or hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or Technical Assistant (MTA, CTA, LTA) or equivalent - You bring 2 years of experience in field service and hold a valid driver's license - You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English, with a genuine passion for working in a multicultural environment It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - You possess strong technical-analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Basic knowledge of chromatography or similar technologies is advantageous. - Work experience under GLP / GMP conditions At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
