YOUR ROLE As a Support Engineer Microsoft level 2, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the customer using Microsoft products, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be in charge of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems and deliver valuable solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving issues, working closely with customers to understand the root cause of the problem. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues by analyzing system configurations, logs, and error messages. Creating and maintaining internal and external knowledge base articles to improve problem resolution efficiency. Working closely with other teams (e.g., development, product management, and quality assurance) to improve products based on customer feedback and field insights. Staying updated with new Microsoft product features, enhancements, and updates. YOUR PROFILE Strong knowledge in Microsoft environment especially Office 365. Strong knowledge with SCCM, Intune, Jamf is an asset. Capacity to work in a team and autonomously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English is required. Any other additional languages is an asset. Master''s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field + 5 years of experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer..
