Job Description We are looking for a HR Administrator (Germany) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief: Job Title - HR Administrator (Germany) – part-time up to 25 hours Working model - hybrid with office in Munich Team - you will join the local HR team within the People & Talent Growths department. Level – Professional What your impact will be : Managing and maintaining employee records (both electronic and physical) Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and employee references Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes Payroll and Compensation: Assisting with the preparation and execution of the monthly payroll Managing employee absences, such as vacations and sick leave Employee Support: Acting as the point of contact for employees regarding employment contracts, payroll issues, and employee benefits Assisting in the coordination of training and development programs Recruitment and Onboarding: Preparing documents and work materials for new employees HR Tools and Systems: Maintaining HR software systems, entering and updating employee data Ensuring data integrity and compliance with applicable data protection regulations Qualifications Your expertise: Experience in an HR role, preferably in an administrative setting Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification Experience of working in an organization with an overseas Head Office Basic understanding of labor law and payroll Able to work in cross-cultural environments.
