Senior Exchange and M365 Engineer
Summary
In your role as Senior Exchange and M365 Engineer you will manage all aspects of Online operations and functional related demands from Amadeus Business Units. This requires subject matter expertise in understanding & implementing technologies based on cloud base solutions with M365 & Azure infrastructure architecture.
In This Role You Will
1. Manage technical projects, creating architecture designs, and supporting the build, implementation and deployment phases in key Messaging projects such as site integrations, integral functional projects or management of smtp traffic flow changes.
2. Design and build of infrastructure for data migration in Messaging or Collaboration systems.
3. Script automation of processes using PowerShell. Level 3 Systems Administration of the Amadeus Messaging and Collaboration framework, including serving as the point of contact for significant incident escalations.
4. Configuring and managing mail routing, messaging hygiene, and security configurations.
5. Monitoring and managing urgent security tasks like audits, litigation holds, e-discovery, and revoking access.
6. Organizing and governance of GAD integration procedures.
7. Providing Technical Documentation.
8. Proactively participating in the Amadeus Change Management processes
9. Participate and actively propose solutions based on cloud technology.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in above areas is necessary. The person should be willing to learn, be interested and passionate about collaboration.
You will have to follow SDLC Process and Change management is followed for Production Environments. Duties will require maintaining processes, operational & technical documentation (designs, deployment guides, operational guides & training material preparations).
About the ideal candidate
10. University degree in computer science, or equivalent.
11. 5+ years of experience administering Exchange, SharePoint and hands on with M365 corporate collaboration environments.

24. Ability to learn & adapt quickly to remedy system downs or serious software problems.
Strong communication skills and good cooperation and coordination with a global team across different time zones.
