This includes independently developing and implementing the necessary repair campaigns and retrofits based on continuous evaluation of turbine performance. About the role Continuous evaluation of the technical condition of the wind turbines, also based on systematic analyses of warning and error messages and an in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure Coordination, investigation and clarification of complex malfunctions and damage to systems or components (root cause analysis) and the derivation of (preventive) measures to ensure functionality Definition and continuous optimisation of inspection and maintenance routines, as well as the associated planning Planning and coordination of the execution of inspection activities, repair or retrofit campaigns, as well as the corresponding purchasing processes Identification and assessment of risks, of a technical or operational nature, related to the WTG and the work carried out on it, as well as the derivation of measures to minimise risk Management of the corresponding service contracts for maintenance and repair, as well as ensuring warranty claims against suppliers in relation to technical damage Close cooperation with the O&M managers to ensure that the work is carried out safely Creating or coordinating the creation of maintenance and repair documentation, as well as generally sharing experience and knowledge Job requirements and experience Successfully completed university degree in engineering, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering In-depth knowledge of wind turbines and relevant professional experience, ideally with a wind turbine manufacturer, and operational experience with SGRE DD platform, as well as comprehensive knowledge and skills in project management Detailed operational experience in the maintenance and repair of wind turbines. Offshore know-how an advantage.
