This role will focus on partnering with the dedicated Distributors and re-sellers in EMEA region, in order to promote our solutions within the market. By joining us in this position, you will be the first contact for new requests and projects, driving initiatives to grow the business in the specific country and supporting the distributors on technical questions and trainings over the full product portfolio.
Based in the Branson main office in Dietzenbach, you will have the chance to travel (10-20% of the time) to meet directly with customers and partners as necessary.

In this role your responsibilities will be:
* Support of an existing Business partner base (distributors and resellers) and development of new customers (including being the key contact person for business partners in relation to all welding technologies).
* Maintenance of the CRM system and associated reporting of incoming orders.
* Intensive observation and analysis of the market, competition and trends to understand target customers or key growth strategies.
* Promoting important initiatives and following up with sales partners.
* Analyzing customer needs and developing solution/production concepts with the partner and the respective specialist departments.
* Checking calculations, preparing offers, discussing offers with the business partner and checking orders/contracts (including NDAs and customer contracts until they are ready for signature).
* Creating internal project requests and work with the technical specialist departments, supporting business partners to ensure that projects run efficiently.
* Supporting trade fairs and organizing or conducting training courses.
* Screening customers and end customers for trade compliance (embargo countries).
Who You Are:
You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You take action to capitalize on opportunities quickly. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
For this role you will need:
* Completed studies in mechanical engineering and/or plastics technology.
* 2-3 years of successful sales experience with capital goods in the area of distributors and resellers.
* English language skills are required due to our European and global activities.
* Very good communication skills and negotiating skills.
* High degree of personal responsibility, ability to work independently and willingness to travel.
* Confident use of Office products, viewer software (SpinFire) and CRM system.
Preferred qualifications to set you apart:
* High understanding of complex technical contexts.
* Previous experience working in a matrix organization.
