As a QA automation engineer, you will play a key role in establishing test automation at Sdui. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product teams to build a reliable, scalable, and efficient test automation framework while continuously improving testing processes. Your to dos Accelerate our transition from manual testing to a scalable, maintainable test automation framework. Develop and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Cypress and Playwright. Design test strategies aligned with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable feedback loops. Advocate for and implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) where appropriate. Establish best practices for test automation frameworks, ensuring maintainability and scalability. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate testing into the development lifecycle. Monitor test execution, analyze failures, and continuously refine the automation strategy. Coach team members on test automation principles and quality best practices. Your skills Solid experience in QA automation within an Agile development environment. Hands-on expertise with Cypress and Playwright for end-to-end testing. Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript to write maintainable test scripts. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation integration, and debugging workflows. Familiarity with BDD methodologies and test-driven development principles. Experience designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous testing improvements. Proactive, independent mindset with the ability to take ownership of automation initiatives.
