As a (Senior) Frontend Engineer (m/w/d), you will develop pioneering cloud solutions for global ticket sales. Your focus will be on developing high-performance and intuitive web applications using Angular & TypeScript to create a seamless user experience. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to apply your backend knowledge with Java & Spring Boot to help shape end-to-end solutions. With our presence in over 20 markets, we offer you a modern tech stack and agile methods, within an established industry leader. In cross-functional teams, you will develop complex frontend architectures, optimize user experiences, and contribute innovative ideas to the further development of our platforms. What to expect: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Angular and TypeScript -based applications using Web Components for flexible and reusable UI elements. Take responsibility for your code as a technical contact and make well-founded technology decisions as part of a team. Apply modern frontend patterns and work with GitLab CI/CD for efficient deployments. Develop and integrate microservices with Java EE/Jakarta and Spring Boot, optimize existing interfaces, and work with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures (Kafka). Collaborate closely with product management and UX experts to create intuitive and high-performance web applications. Develop and deploy scalable applications with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code principles. Optimise performance and scalability through an API-first design. Bring your expertise to an agile Scrum team, automate workflows with Gradle and Groovy, and embrace the " You build it, you run it " approach to ensure smooth releases and high system availability. What you’ll Need: 3 years of experience in web development with a focus on Angular, TypeScript, and Web Components. Proven experience in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and testable frontend components. Practical experience with Java EE/Jakarta and Spring Boot for developing and integrating microservices-based architectures. Passion for new technologies, continuous learning, and actively contributing to innovative solutions in cross-functional teams. Excellent English skills (written and spoken) and good German skills. Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, as well as container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD automation with GitLab and experience with build and automation tools such as Gradle and Groovy. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and DevOps practices .
