For our ATO/MTO team, we are looking for a committed Senior Engineer (M/F/T) in the Order Engineering department at the Itzehoe location as soon as possible.
For this role, we are looking for an innovative, technically oriented engineer who is responsible for the technical order processing of dry-running vacuum pumps and systems, also with ETO (Engineered to Order) reference. The management of (optimization) projects with regard to maintenance aspects within the OE department will be another focus.
Your tasks:
1. Ensure market conformity regarding applicable directives and standards, e.g. Machinery Directive, ATEX Directive or equivalent regulations for the Asian / North American market
2. Execution of structured risk and/or hazard analyses for customer claims or internal objections including documentation of corrective actions using common quality tools (e.g. FMEA, 5-why, Ishikawa, Fishbone, etc.)
3. Sales support to achieve a Clear Order status, e.g. by reviewing customer specifications, selection of appropriate EIA components as well as scope determination of technical offers
4. Creation, adaptation and maintenance of EIA documentation, also with regard to product maintenance of systems (e.g. P&IDs, wiring diagram, flow charts; cause-effect diagram, SIL calculation, programming/parameterization of components, control narratives etc.) for scope of application
5. EIA knowledge transfer as well as order related coordination and pro-active support of EIA topics within the OE network between product development, internal technical supportteam, sales, purchasing, production, service, quality to ensure a smooth order execution
6. Responsible management or collaboration in engineering projects & initiatives across different sites
7. Interdepartmental interface coordination and independent creation of process descriptions, work and test instructions to support and stabilize work processes in the OE
8. Support start-ups in collaboration with other departments, taking into account all relevant Flowserve best practices, policies, guidelines, national and international norms and standards
Your profile:
9. A completed university education in lectrical engineering, instrumentation and automation engineering, communications engineering / physics or equivalent qualification is required
10. Several years of professional experience in the EIA area of process industry (e.g. (petro)chemical, pharmaceutical or similar) as well as related industrial areas required (e.g. as plant or area engineer of PLT/ PCS).
11. Profound knowledge in the use of E-Plan, as well as profound knowledge in automation technology / programming / drive technology / instriumentation (e.g. motors, frequency converters, bus systems, planning and design of electrical systems, etc.)
12. knowledge in the preparation of hazard analyses / HAZOPs as well as the cooperation/ design of PFMEAs
13. Interest in current trends and developments of Industry 4.0 and digitalization
14. Knowledge in the area of maintenance (preventive/ reactive, SMED) as well as project management with appropriate tools (WBS, Ms Project/ Visio etc.) is advantageous
15. Fluent German and English
16. Engangement and independent, goal-oriented way of working
17. Accuracy and abstracting skills
18. Knowledge of SAP-R3, CAD- EPlan, Project management
19. Additional experience in 3D CAD (Solid Work/ Winchill), FEM
