Resideo is currently seeking a Senior Advanced Cyber Security Engineer, specialized in Microsoft 365 areas such as Entra ID / Azure AD, Identity & Access Management, PowerShell / Graph, familiarity with Active Directory, and security best practices. You will be exposed to many parts of IT & Security and must be able to adapt and learn how many technologies work together. You should have proven expertise in M365 environment support, troubleshooting and problem solving across systems, implementation of new technologies, operational support, PowerShell, and creating reports. This position will report to an IT manager and will interact frequently with all Resideo employees. The right candidate will be ready to learn new solutions and get involved in a wide variety of projects. You will collaborate with team members in a multinational environment. JOB DUTIES: Shadow the IT Manager and provide support in day-to-day operations Troubleshoot and develop solutions for issues involving Entra ID, AD, IAM issues, and other M365 or business applications. Support implementation of major projects Create documentation and SOPs Support Team in providing timely and efficient assistance to escalated incidents. Work with other junior staff members to help them resolve incidents, redact work instructions. YOU MUST HAVE: At least 10 years of IT experience (8 years in Cyber Security related role). Solid understanding of security best practices, including least privilege and Zero Trust Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD security Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management principles and systems Good knowledge of the Microsoft Security console, including threat policies and collaboration security Willingness to learn new technologies and stepping up to grow. An excellent level of English (written and spoken) Proven experience troubleshooting complex issues across systems and teams and driving to resolution. WE VALUE: Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Data Protection / DLP Good knowledge of email security and troubleshooting (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, quarantine, delivery issues) Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting (including Graph API). Experience in coaching / training junior team members.
