Our Software Quality Assurance team plays a crucial role in ensuring software quality and developing test systems for wind farm grid integration and compliance with grid regulations.
YOUR TASKS
1. Develop and enhance automated test systems to validate control software for wind turbines and wind farms.
2. Conduct hardware and grid compliance tests for various grid code requirements and hardware components.
3. Automate tests using a test sequencer (Exam MicroNova).
4. Implement and validate new software specifications within the automated test system.
5. Set up and optimize Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test bench systems in the software laboratory. Analyze measurement data and develop automated evaluation processes for test systems.
6. Collaborate closely with various departments in an international environment.
7. Create technical documentation for test systems and procedures.
YOUR PROFILE
8. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Automation Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, a relevant vocational qualification combined with professional experience is also considered.
9. Experience with HiL testing and test systems for grid code compliance and grid integration.
10. Strong proficiency in Python, with additional knowledge of Groovy or Java being a plus.
11. Experience in measurement data analysis and processing large data sets is desirable.
12. Good understanding of electrical power engineering, grid regulations, and real-time simulation systems.
13. Familiarity with Ethernet technologies, bus systems, and communication protocols.
14. ISTQB certification as a software tester is an advantage.
15. Experience with Atlassian Jira is a plus.
16. Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
17. Strong team and communication skills in an international setting.
18. Fluent English skills, ideally with knowledge of Spanish or German.
