Job Title: Product Management Engineer - Mechanical
Your Responsibilities:
* Actively drive and influence mechanical, electromechanical designs.
* Manage product changes for manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvements.
* Analyze root causes and qualify changes in NPI and CPE.
* Accountable for the quality and management of products responsible for.
* Define and monitor manufacturing metrics.
* Work interfaces: Contract manufacturers and suppliers, R&D, Supply Chain management, Product marketing, and global support Expert center.
Your Qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanics or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
* Min. 3-5 years professional experience.
* Communication strength and interaction with external partners.
* Analytical skills in failure identification.
* Good German and English skills.
* Highly independent and pro-active.
* Demonstrates strong ownership.
* Open-minded.
* Permanent Teamwork and cross-functional/cross-company interaction requires strong social skills.
