- professional experience, ideally as a bricklayer or similar profession
- occupational physical and medical suitability
- willingness to travel for nationwide installation (accomodation is booked and provided by us)
- reliability, diligence, ability to work in a team
- prudent way of working
- respect for occupational safety, paying attention while following proper procedures
- a class 3 or B driving licence and basic knowledge of the German language
- the position is developable
