Responsibilities:
* Definition, development and support in the creation of assembly, method and processes of tools.
* Consultancy in the process and cooperation in the development of components.
* Participation in various risk analyses.
* Planning and coordinating the assembly of components and systems on construction sites.
* Close supervision and, if necessary, realization of demanding installations.
* Continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
* Documentation of processes and procedures and preparation of corresponding instructions.
Requirements:
* Completed training with a specialization in mechatronics or electrical engineering or a dual course of study.
* Occupational health and safety oriented approach with good knowledge of procedures and processes.
* Solid knowledge, skills and experience in lift assembly and sub-assembly manufacturing desirable.
* Comprehensive project management skills.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office.
* Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking.
* Very good command of English and German.
* High motivation and the ability to work at height.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, international and creative team.
* Excellent analytical and solution-oriented thinking with strong goal and time orientation.
