As a Lead Reliability Engineer in the Central Team, you will support regions deliver flawless execution through involvement in the pre-planning, post-job analysis and optimization. This position works seamlessly together with regional technical and operations teams, and other resources across organizational boundaries. To ensure all aspects and constraints of the service delivery process are understood and have been considered.
As a Lead Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:
1. Providing Reliability Engineering support as part of the central service delivery team, focused on root cause analysis and optimization.
2. Leading Incident Review Board meetings.
3. Interfacing and communicating as a technical expert with all regions.
4. Having corrective action identification as well as follow up on implementation for Maintenance and Operations specific problems.
5. Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.
6. Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.
7. Supporting in Job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment, Deviation Waiver, Management of Change (RA/DWR/MOC), and Deployment Readiness Assessment (DRA).
8. Sharing best practices and recommendations to regions in Managing the FRACAS Stages. Applying root cause analysis (RCA) Processes. Developing and reviewing cause maps.

To be successful in this role you will:
9. Bachelor degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics is required
10. 3-5 years’ experience as Reliability Engineer in Drilling Services is preferred
11. 3-5 years’ experience in Directional Drilling and MWD/LWD Services is preferred
12. Experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within the industry.
13. Ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training, etc.) 30%global travel is possible.
14. Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
