Responsibilities
include:
1. End Users Functional Support
o Recognize / Evaluate and qualify end users’ issues in the system.
o Develop or propose the solution and counter measures.
o Coordinate the daily support of the PLM system with the helpdesk team.
o Coach the user community in the implementation of new processes and functionalities.
o End users Guidance and advice on the system usage.
o Document functionalities usage to solve specific issues or bringing working efficiency.
o Describe with the Key Users the expected system changes and requirements.
o Propose new methodologies or adaptation to the existing methodologies.
o Propose system evolution to the PLM Change Committee.
2. KPIs and Reporting
o Participate in the elaboration of the necessary reporting / KPIs from the PLM.
o Collect the PLM Metrics, analyze the deviation, clarify and propose possible counter measure.
o Ensure the consistency of reporting.
o Communicate the reporting / KPIs to the different departments.
3. Solution Validation
o Document the system Test Specification, and non-regression test scenario.
o Validate new PLM releases according to the Test Specification and Non-Regression Tests.
o Support the functional & business leader documenting the User Acceptance
For the PLM Functional Support Engineer, we are looking for:
Qualifications
4. University Degree in Engineering or IT or science or related area Knowledge
5. Several years’ experience in the PLM support area (technical and/or functional).
6. Experience with Siemens TeamCenter.
7. Strong knowledge of the BOM management and of the variant configurator in TeamCenter
8. Familiar with TeamCenter manufacturing
9. General knowledge of CAD System, preferably with Catia V5 and/or Siemens NX.
10. Fluent in English and highly proficient in French, German knowledge is beneficial.

11. Strong analytical skills, able to extract essence from ill-defined issues, confirm understanding and agree prioritisation.
12. Effective when working with people from different cultural backgrounds and experience levels.
13. Ability to influence and coach people and deliver through them without being their manager.
14. Excellent communicator at operational level, both written and verbal
15. Outstanding office software/computer skills.
16. Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
