With the GridLab Training Center at the Schönefeld site (near Berlin), DNV Energy Systems Germany GmbH offers training and consulting services for specialists and managers of companies in the energy supply industry. Our customers are mainly grid operators, power plants (conventional and renewable), and communal utilities. We offer standardised as well as individualized training (. grid reconstruction training or switching authorisations). The centerpiece is our dispatcher training simulator, which is based on grid control system software. This also enables us to conduct assessment centers for control center personnel. Furthermore, we support our customers with advice on the digitalisation of networks and operational management.
What you can expect (your tasks):
1. Trainer activity in the field of further vocational training/adult education concerning the topics of power generation, transmission, or distribution (see training portfolio on )
2. Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of various trainings (after prior, intensive and structured induction)
Optional additional possible activities (if interested/motivated):
3. Coordination of specific needs with our customers and joint development of suitable (individual) training or further development/adaptation of existing training
4. proactive development of new training scenarios on the dispatcher training simulator
5. Coordination of the data model update of different customer network models
6. Work as a consultant on small, medium, or large projects related to digital grid operations (with relevant qualifications, also possible as a project manager)

19. Presentation skills and enjoyment in communicating technical contexts
20. Strong customer orientation, ability to work under pressure and independently as well as communication and team skills
21. Experience in dealing with new forms / formats of learning approaches is desirable
