Web Registration Specialist
Summary
Support end-to-end CWT’s web and other digital servicing offering, development life cycle, provide unparalleled consultative customer service and customer experience to meeting owners, clients, and attendees.
Main Responsibilities
1. Create, develop and maintain attendee registration website using a CMS platform.
2. Provide support and development to other digital service offerings such as, but not limited to, Mobile App, Onsite Technology and Virtual Solutions.
3. Support clients through utilization of the event technology tool as described by the client agreement.
4. Consult with the client and provide guidance on design and functionality to ensure client specifications, standards and objectives are met and client is appropriately informed.
5. Build and maintain strong client knowledge by attending weekly conference calls to further define/re-define process and procedure.
6. Monitor all active websites to proactively escalate potential client or supplier issues to manager/program manager for resolution. Involve client where appropriate.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
University degree or equivalent experience with a major in Information Technology or Web Development.
Experience
· Experience in web development using CMS, preferred.
· Experience in using web registration platforms such as Cvent, Hopin, etc., preferred but not required.
License or Certification
N/A
Knowledge
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of web coding (HTML, HTML5, CSS) required.
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of web programming tools/applications such as Adobe Dreamweaver, preferred.
· Knowledge of web building using WYSIWYG applications.
· Graphics skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software applications.
Skills
· Communication skills (concise, clear, effective, and professional).
· Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize, and teamwork-oriented.
· Ability to understand and enforce company SOP (Standard Operating Process).
Language Fluency
English, Spanish (desired but not mandatory).
