In the position of Project Quality Leader, you will manage all communication of project quality tasks and represent the voice of the customer and the manufacturing process in regional/global projects. You will ensure that product, component and manufacturing processes are developed in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

Your tasks
7. First point of contact and quality manager for the development of new products in the Driver Unit area
8. Active member of the project team in various regional and global development projects, including participation in relevant review and release meetings
9. Analyzing and tracking internal and external customer-specific requirements for products, processes and components as part of product development
10. Responsible for the implementation of the customer APQP process
11. Interface and representation of the plants in development projects as well as cross-functional teams in all quality-relevant matters from the request for quotation to series production readiness
12. Ensuring coordination between development and production with regard to PFMEA, series and prototype inspections, CC/SC characteristics, drawings and measurement methods
13. Proactive application and control of problem-solving methods (such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA)
14. Ensuring the implementation of lessons learned processes (such as Yokoten, Jidoka) in pre-development and application projects
Your profile
15. Degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on quality, or a comparable qualification
16. Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management as well as sound knowledge and experience in product development with a strong technical understanding; industry knowledge in the automotive industry is an advantage
17. Good knowledge of IATF and VDA standards
18. Experience with customer-specific requirements and in working with OEM customers
19. Desirable: Experience in technical leadership
20. Customer and solution-oriented, independent and precise way of working with the ability to prioritize
21. Intercultural competence, high level of commitment, sociability and strong teamwork skills
22. Business fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English
