Job Title: Performance Engineer – Laundry Care
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations and optimizations for washer-dryer products in the European market. Perform in-depth performance testing under simulated real-world usage conditions in Europe, analyzing key performance indicators such as washing efficiency, spin-drying efficiency, drying performance, energy consumption, and noise levels. Collaborate with the domestic R&D team to develop tailored optimization strategies.
* Monitor market dynamics closely in the European washer-dryer industry. Collect, organize, and analyze performance features, technical specifications, and user feedback of various competing products available in the market.
* Conduct detailed research on European standards, regulations, and certification requirements (e.g., CE certification) related to washer-dryers. Ensure that the company's products fully comply with local market entry requirements in terms of performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
* Over 10 years of relevant experience in performance testing, analysis, and optimization of washer-dryer products, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the European market.
* Proficient in the principles of operation, mechanical structures, electrical systems, and control programs of washer-dryers. Able to independently conduct performance analyses and diagnose product faults.
* Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use professional software (e.g., Excel, SPSS) to perform statistical analysis and modeling on extensive performance testing data.
* Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking, capable of swiftly proposing effective solutions for complex performance challenges and consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance product performance.
