Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows devices, Jamf for macOS, and Linux management platforms. Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, ensuring seamless integration. Automate device configurations and patch management using PowerShell and Bash. Administer software deployment and security policies via Intune and Jamf. Support M365 services, particularly Intune, for mobile and desktop device management. Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar for workplace automation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workplace applications and devices. Create and maintain documentation for processes and configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
