1. Methodological responsibility for embedded software development (process ownership)
2. Systematic provision of methodological expertise (e.g. design guidelines) for embedded software development
3. Consulting in product & industry-specific standards & norms (cranes, earthmoving, aerospace, mining, etc.) regarding embedded software
4. Intensive cooperation with the product lines
5. Supporting the implementation of quality assurance measures such as static analyses and unit testing
6. Implementation and further development of software development strategy
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
7. Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or electrical engineering or comparable degree with relevant professional experience
8. Experience in agile product development (SCRUM)
9. Experience with relevant coding standards
10. Knowledge in the development of hardware-related software (in C/C++)
11. Experience in software development for embedded systems (ideally AURIX/Infineon and multicore)
12. Knowledge in the development of board support packages; basic knowledge in electrotechnical applications
13. Ideally knowledge in the area of product-related cyber security
14. Strategic, cross-functional thinking and high abstraction ability
15. Willingness to change and change management skills
16. Ability to cooperate, resolve conflicts and reflect
17. Fluent language skills in German and English
18. Willingness to travel
