Job Responsibilities
In this role you will be participating in all teams for product development, product, process and material changes. Your responsibility is to define the reliability tests required for product release/modification based on interdisciplinary risk assessment and the preparation, review and release of the test plans (service life relevant part of the PTAP). Furthermore, you are commissioning or carrying out, evaluating, assessing and releasing the tests (preparing, checking, signing the report). Therefore you need a good understanding of the relevant norms and standards.
Your key tasks will also include:
• Participation in standardization committees (. AQG, ZVEI)
• Direct supplier communication on reliability-relevant topics
• Creation and maintenance of relevant specifications and software or evaluation tools
• Creation of life cycle models (test planning, execution, statistical evaluation)
• Preparation and implementation of training courses on the subject of reliability
• Preparation and implementation of risk approvals (depending on criticality)
• Participation in fault analyses (both internal and complaints) and FMEA
Background & Skills
To be successful in this role, we would like to see that you have a master’s degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or packaging technology or other relevant fields of education and several years of experience in the field of power electronics, packaging technology and/or reliability.
Additionally, we would like to see:
• A detail- and quality-oriented working style
• A team player with good communication skills and a creative mindset
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Good MS Office skills
