Job Responsibilities: Customer Quality Coordination: Build strong, trust-based relationships with client quality management teams. Understand and address the specific quality requirements of customers. Coordinate customer audits, manage issues, and report on quality matters. Oversee customer complaint resolution, including on-site support during sample phases. Process Quality Problem Solving: Assist in resolving quality issues throughout the project development process. Facilitate both internal and external audit quality problem-solving. Monitor sample production, delivery, and ensure product inspection plans are improved. Enhance measurement systems and coordinate process improvements. Project Development Quality Management: Collaborate with project managers to adapt project processes. Contribute to project planning, including product development, industrialization, supplier quality, and logistics chain planning. Develop and execute project quality assurance plans. Development Process Activity Monitoring: Monitor compliance with project processes and progress. Facilitate SR reviews at various project stages and address significant quality issues in development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electronic, chemical, or related fields. Proficiency in ISO9000, TS16949, and VDA quality systems. Familiarity with quality analysis and improvement tools (e.g., FMEA, FTA, 8D, Six Sigma, SPC). Knowledge of battery technology, fault analysis, and mechanical structure failure analysis. Experience in automotive supply chain quality management and 8D problem-solving methods. Proficiency in office software and Minitab, with basic statistical analysis and reporting skills. Strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
