We're now looking for an middle level Sales Engineer. This position is a full-time, Hybrid position.
Your challenges:
* Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support of products for all EcoFlow product series;
* Maintain good relationships and work closely with EcoFlow key accounts and channels as the first responder. Collaborate with internal resources to ensure that corresponding technical problems from delivery channels are addressed;
* Document product and solution slide decks and corresponding technical materials for product promotion and other pre-sale uses;
* Provide product introduction, demonstration, training, trial test support, and technical answers for installers, retailers, and customers;
* Keep a close eye on industry trends, collect and document technical feedback and product improvement suggestions for EcoFlow;
* Proactively manage other challenges at work.
Your profile includes:
* 3 years and above working experience as pre-sales engineers, previous experience in solar panels, power storage, batteries electrical tools is preferred;
* Possess excellent communication and skills, able to maintain effective communication with both internal work groups and channel partners.
* Proficient in using tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
* Strong self-driven and independent on-site work, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
* Work well under only general supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German as a working language.
