In this role, you'll support both online and offline Key Accounts, working closely with our salespeople, merchandise planner, and Country Manager to define and deliver top-notch service. You'll also:
* Keep customer accounts up to date and orders running smoothly.
* Partner with logistics to ensure special requirements are met.
* Monitor deliveries, cancellations, and VAS needs like a pro.
* Build strong, trust-filled relationships with Key Accounts and Retailers.
* Work hand-in-hand with operations, sales, and finance teams.
* Provide insights to management by analyzing customer needs and trends.
* Be the go-to problem solver for any questions, from warranties to promotions.
