Project Oversight: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the technical setup of production sites across Europe and North America. Assign tasks and provide support to technical personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and actively contribute to achieving project goals.
Project Planning: Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members, including internal staff and external collaborators. Research and assess technology options, focusing on cost-effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
Recruitment & Training: Contribute to recruiting and training talented individuals for the growing
A strong educational foundation in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field.
An eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge in accelerator technology.
Demonstrated diligence, organization, and ability to document project plans and deliverables.
A problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in tackling technical challenges.
Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
Independent and driven, able to work autonomously and seek guidance when needed.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project/Merlin Project, Word).
Willingness to travel within Europe and North America (approximately 30% of working time).
Desired:
Prior experience in technical project management, research, or industry.
Interest in laboratory automation, including radiotracer synthesizers.
Familiarity with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and pharmaceutical standards.
