The IT Support Technician is responsible for being the first point of contact and support for the entire IT organization, the Technician must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical users. The Analyst also participates in other desktop system work such as configuring and deploying new systems, maintaining existing hardware and software and assisting in employee moves. This position reports to the IT Service Manager, EMEA and is part of the IT Operations located in Germany and will be an on-site role.
Perform local and remote troubleshooting sessions to identify and implement solutions.
Create, monitor, and follow up on Support Requests via ServiceNow.
3 years of relevant experience in IT support, client technologies, or desktop management, or equivalent experience with a related degree.
~ Windows, Microsoft Office 365)
Demonstrated experience in providing end-user support, including resolving escalated technical issues and improving support processes.
