What your day will look like: Implement, deploy and improve incident management and risk analysis related to health, hygiene and safety through the standardization of processes with the objective of reducing the work accident rate in LOM. Analyze trends in EHS metrics monthly and initiate actions as required. Promote behavior-based safety culture within the site through area leaders. Coordinate the activities related to hygiene and safety risk analysis to identify critical risks annual and verify that adequate controls are implemented to mitigate them. Participation in global and local projects. Provide advice to the operational areas in methodology in incident management and risk analysis related to hygiene, safety and the environment. Support in the development and training of QEHS technical. Ensure the quality of incident investigations. Are you up for the challenge? EHS experience in manufacturing environment desirable. EHS Processes and Local legal Requirements experience. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 management systems. Experience in planning and implementing EHS programs.
