For our existing customer from the medical technology industry, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract as of 01.10.2024 .
Environment:
The Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) department is part of the Integrated Supply Chain under the Patient Monitoring business hospital. The department is responsible for all products manufactured at the Böblingen plant. Its responsibilities include product-related manufacturing and supply chain processes. All changes to the production processes and the product itself are made via the department.
As an engineer in our Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) department, the candidate will be responsible for the production of medical devices and the associated production processes. The primary objective is to ensure and improve the quality of our products and to comply with all quality management system requirements.

Your profile
Required:
13. Bachelor's degree or comparable, in one of the following engineering programs or similar: medical technology, electrical engineering, engineering with a focus on production and process management
14. Good communication and teamwork skills
15. Independent and responsible way of working
16. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and product improvement measures
17. Analytical and logical thinking skills
18. Statistical methods for analyzing and interpreting data
19. Good MS Office skills
Preferred:
20. Ideally product/process engineer from medical technology or other highly regulated industries
21. Professional experience in the medical device or automotive industry regarding quality and regulatory requirements
22. Experience in MDD and MDR
23. Experience in problem analysis of mechanical and electrical components
24. Knowledge of electrical and non-electrical measurement technology
25. Experience in the development, verification and documentation of process sequences
26. Experience with ERP and MES systems such as SAP or comparable systems
27. Experience in LEAN methodology (or comparable methods)
28. General programming knowledge (basics)
Language skills:
29. Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Management experience:
30. No personnel management experience, but management experience in projects without authority to issue directives
Other:
