Join us and shape the future of mobility with us! We are looking for a Software Sales & Solution Engineer (d/w/m) to join our team. In your role, you will be responsible for these topics: Your Tasks
1. Addressing Customer Technical Needs: Understand and analyze the technical requirements and challenges of our customers, and translate them into tailored solutions based on our product portfolio.
2. Providing Technical Expertise: Respond to customers' technical inquiries and concerns with a proactive “Can Do” attitude, ensuring they receive comprehensive and effective support.
3. Facilitating Successful Sales Efforts: Act as a crucial link between customers, sales teams, and technical experts. Provide strategic advice and develop detailed technical proposals, including responses to RFPs, cost estimates, and effort assessments.
4. Making a Significant Impact: Showcase the features and benefits of our products to potential clients through engaging product presentations, software demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities. Empower customers to maximize the value of our solutions.
5. Shaping Our Future: Contribute to the development and preparation of sales-related technical product descriptions, helping to enhance our market positioning and drive future success.
Your Profile
6. University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7. Experience in a similar role within software sales or as a Solution Engineer, preferably in the IT or mobility sector. Experience within SaaS or in particular MaaS business is a plus.
8. Strong knowledge of software architecture, API integrations, and cloud solutions. Experience with mobility platforms is a plus.
9. Analytical mindset with the capacity to understand complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
10. Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record in selling technical solutions as well as experience in responding to public tenders.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. French as an additional language is a big plus.
12. Readiness to travel occasionally for client visits or industry events.
